Starkey is an awkward, but nice fellow, even a little bit odd, like his dad who is very eccentric. Starkey can get a little excited despite his usually calm and quiet demeanor and usually has to be calmed down by his friends. He can also get nervous at times, but he is not a coward. He's a kind floatzel and likes to do things for others. Once in a while, he can get a little sarcastic and snarky (Hah Snarky Starkey) but he does it in good humor. Starkey can get embarrassed by his eccentric dad every so often, but he loves his dad very much. One of his best friends is Dobie.

Due to a traumatizing incident in his life, Starkey does not condense his words or names. He says "Do not" and "Would not" instead of "Don't" or "wouldn't"

I needed to draw this young fellow. I did change his age a little, he used to be a young 16-year-old, but I've changed it to a young 15-year-old, that way he's closer to Dobie in age (Who is a late 14-year-old).

I took too long to bring up the will to color and shade... and I still think his arms are too big, he's supposed to be a bit of a wimp.
